Norddine Bennani
Norddine Bennani is a graduate of the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration (ENSAE, Paris) and holds a Master's degree in Probability Applied to Finance from the University of Paris VI.
Specializing in quantitative models applied to finance, he has over 25 years of experience in quantitative analysis, working in the Front Office department of major investment banks.
Norddine was Head of Quantitative Analysis – Structured Credit Products at Barclays Capital before joining Deutsche Bank’s Correlation Trading Desk.
He has focused primarily on credit derivatives. He has been involved in large-scale projects, from developing new pricing and risk frameworks to implementing trading and risk systems. He has direct experience in risk and regulatory capital management of a large credit portfolio.
He became co-founder of BMA in 2013 with Dominique Marchal.
Norddine Bennani has published several working papers on credit derivative modeling and risk management techniques. He has presented at various conferences on quantitative analysis and risk management .
The BMA team recognizes Norddine 's qualities such as insight , alertness and daily involvement . His leadership skills and desire to empower staff are highly valued, as is his effective communication with clients.

Dominique Marchal
Dominique Marchal has over 25 years of experience in risk management and macroeconomic analysis , working in the funds industry, commercial banks and within the Eurosystem of central banks.
Dominique is a graduate statistician-economist from the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration (ENSAE, Paris), holds a Master's degree from the Strasbourg Institute of Political Studies, and is a certified alternative investment analyst (CAIA).
Dominique was responsible for asset and liability management at a subsidiary of the French Caisses d'Epargne group, then responsible for UCITS III risk management solutions at CACEIS Bank, before joining the Banque centrale du Luxembourg, in charge of credit risk analysis.
He has been in charge of several projects and has developed expertise in a wide range of key areas from risk management, market, credit , liquidity and operational risk, to performance analysis and ALM , both in investment funds and in the banking sector .
In 2013, he co-founded BMA with Norddine Bennani.
He has been approved by the CSSF as an Approved Manager in charge of risk management and compliance for several managers managing private market vehicles, including two private equity managers (> 10 billion euros).
A solution-oriented manager, the BMA team appreciates Dominique for his patience, tact, and interpersonal skills. A marketing specialist, he knows how to move forward in all aspects of his work and lead his team through challenging times.

Alice Desnos
Alice Desnos was an administrative manager for a private equity manager for the five years prior to joining BMA in October 2022. She is responsible for business development and operations .
Authentic and results-oriented , her role consists of managing all administrative and communication aspects of BMA (website, social networks, Office Management, drafting contracts, managing HR matters, etc.), while providing support and advice to one of the company's clients, an AIFM in Private Equity.
Always driven by continuous improvement, Alice is a graduate of Aix-Marseille University (Master's in Chinese Studies, Doctorate in Taiwanese History) and the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion in Paris (MBA in Management & Marketing in the Luxury sector).
Before joining the finance sector, Alice had experiences in sales , teaching and executive assistant roles in Taiwan , China , France and Luxembourg .
A native French speaker, Alice is fluent in English and Mandarin, and has a good level in Spanish, Luxembourgish and German.

Hugo Renvoisé
Dynamic , creative and customer-focused , Hugo Renvoisé manages a large number of client projects within BMA, focused on contributing and adding real value to the end client's operations.
Hugo, who holds a Master's degree in Business Strategy and Finance in Europe from the Strasbourg Institute of Political Studies, joined the BMA team in March 2017.
He has since demonstrated a strong appetite for applying his risk management skills to investment funds ranging from UCITS to Private Equity, as well as Real Estate and cash.
Speaking French and English, Hugo successfully manages assignments such as risk implementation and reporting, chartered manager and risk manager mandates, PRIIPs and more for BMA clients.
Senior Risk Analyst
Marc Reitz
A senior risk analyst who joined BMA in 2014 , Marc Reitz initially focused on developing risk analysis tools , implementing quantitative models.
Coming off the paved path of academic mathematics towards finance, he found within BMA the ideal place to make his contribution by using the skills acquired during his Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics at the University of Lorraine.
Following the development of BMA 's client base, Marc took on more client projects, from risk model validation project to the implementation of ESMA risk requirements , also touching base on fund risk profiling , risk appetite assessment, compliance monitoring and more, particularly in private equity.
Risk Management expert at BMA , Marc is particularly enthusiastic about seeing the team grow.
Marc 's working languages are French and English.
Senior Risk Analyst
Marwa Hallat
Marwa Hallat, who holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics from the University of Lorraine, started at BMA in April 2018 .
She was attracted by the fact that BMA offers real-world applications of the theory learned during her university studies, as well as the opportunity to lead projects from A to Z.
Bringing humor and positivity to the team, she strongly believes in continuous learning to stay at the top of her professional skills .
Taking on each new project and challenge with an inquisitive mindset and a keen eye for detail , Marwa enjoys every moment of her work at BMA.
She primarily manages the implementation and production of risk reports, as well as market data using DRaX .
Marwa speaks French and English.
Junior Risk Analyst
Sonia Ducep
Sonia Ducep joined BMA in April 2021 .
She graduated from the University of Lorraine with a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics.
Attentive to detail and very organized, she enjoys working in a company on a human scale and within a young team.
Sonia has to deal with diverse tasks, such as risk reporting, PRIIPS (EET) and EMT reports.
She particularly enjoys having the opportunity to be in direct contact with customers.
Sonia's diverse experiences in sports, particularly martial arts, give her a sense of precision and endurance.
On top of speaking French, English and Polish, Sonia also studied Russian.

Marie Garaudel
A graduate of the University of Lorraine with a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics, Marie Garaudel joined the BMA team in September 2021 after a six-month internship as a Data Scientist at Banque Populaire in Metz.
Organized and rigorous, she was interested in the learning potential that BMA had to offer its staff, and she was right.
Marie now focuses on the implementation and production of daily or periodic risk reports for BMA clients, PRIIPs as well as ESG with EETs .
Being a semi-professional handball player, Marie is therefore a great team player and has shown her interpersonal skills .
Her working languages are French and English.

Yousra Naddar
A graduate of the University of Lorraine with a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics, Yousra Naddar joined the BMA team in September 2024 after a six-month internship as an actuarial research officer in a company specializing in risk management and reinsurance.
Autonomous and involved , she quickly integrated into the team thanks to her ability to understand the objectives of the missions and to adapt to different expectations. She ensures the production of risk reports and PRIIPS , EMT and EET regulatory reporting, while ensuring the rigor of the work provided and the quality of exchanges with BMA's clients.
Yousra speaks French, English and Moroccan Arabic.

A graduate of the University of Lorraine with a Master's degree in Mathematics, specializing in probability and statistics, Marie Garaudel joined the BMA team in September 2021 after a six-month internship as a Data Scientist at Banque Populaire in Metz.
