Bennani & Marchal Associates S.à.r.l. (“BMA”) is a financial risk management consulting firm headquartered in Luxembourg.
We primarily serve asset management companies based in Luxembourg and France, as well as banks and institutional investors.
Founded in 2013, the firm is experiencing strong growth and currently employs around ten professionals with diverse academic backgrounds (ENSAE, Sciences Po, mathematics, and probability theory).

Location: Central Luxembourg
Contract Type: Internship and/or Permanent Contract (CDI)
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
To support the rapid growth of our activities and expand our offering in risk management consulting and quantitative application development, you will work under the supervision of the partners on the following assignments:

As part of the team, you will contribute to:

Delivering consulting engagements

Producing regulatory, performance, and risk management reports

Supporting our risk management operations
2. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of BMA’s proprietary software: DRaX
The balance between these two areas may evolve over time based on business needs.
Typical Candidate Profile
Education: Engineering school, ENSAE ParisTech / ENSAI, business school, Sciences Po, or University (Master’s degree – M2).
Specializations: Risk management, financial markets, private equity
Key Skills: Curiosity, rigor, team spirit, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in quantitative analysis tools
Office Tools: Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Programming Languages: C++ or Python; MySQL / SQL
Languages: Excellent proficiency in French and English; German or Italian is a plus.
